Step 1
Start with 1-1 1/2 yards of ribbon. Depending on how big your folds are, 1 1/2 yards should make a 12 inch strip. First, fold the end of the ribbon behind itself and staple in place. Fold it back about 3/4". When you staple, use a stong stapler. It may pull the ribbon or snag it at the staple, but no worries...the staple will always be covered by the next fold.
