Turn the phone on silent mode, tell everyone in the house to zip it and leave you be...grab your most delicate of tea cups and put of pot of water on the stove...grab your tea canister and sift through for your favorite flavor...i'm a fan of vanilla and lavender myself...and finally, sit yourself down in front of your screen for a tour through the most adorable of tea houses...Crown and Crumpet in San Francisco, CA!
I went to San Francisco for New Years 2010 and took oodles of pictures. I got home and could not wait to look through them all on my computer. BUT, soon after i got home, i quickly misplaced one of the memory cards i took with me on the trip. I was devastated as i remembered the Crown and Crumpet pics were on that very memory card. Well...months go by and still nothing...until last week! Hubby and i were moving some furniture and in between the wall and our desk was my beloved memory card!! Phew!
So, i know these photos are from Christmas time, but we are on our way to the holiday season...and i'm all a flutter with Silver Bella on the Horizon...so enjoy some festive photos of this amazing little world of tea and treats...
Wasn't that divine! If you are ever in SF, you need to stop by this quaint shop in Ghirardelli Square. Stop off and have some crumpets or "toast soldiers" (pictures above with that adorable polka dot egg cozy) and enjoy the colorful and whimsical environment. So glad i found these pictures!!!
I hope September had been splendid for everyone. I am all a fluster with work and school and just trying to keep up with everyone and everything. Can you believe that September is half over already! We are going to get our Halloween decor out this weekend, we can't hardly wait to get it up! I'll share some pictures for sure. :-)
I hope to be back with some sort of creative contribution sooner rather than later! Take care, blog friends.
This is a fabulous place. It is just great to find a long lost item when you least expect it. Thanks for sharing the pics. Can't wait to see what awesome art you have been creating :)
