Oh, thank you so much friends for you amazing comments!! I've missed you. I have been thinking of all my crafty friends lately as i have been obsessed with glitter and all things kitschy this past week. Well, i guess that's no different than usual. But i have actually been crafting non stop since school ended and i have put together some ideas that i've been sitting on for quite some time. It felt sooooo good to release my inner craft puma! lol! Here's a peek at what i've put together so far for the Bella Market in November at Silver Bella:
Drooooool. At least i think so. The colors are so juicy, they make me hungry for fruit snacks! I can't work fast enough right now it seems. Mom and i went to a couple flea markets and got so inspired.
Speaking of flea markets, check out this awesome gift box my friend Simeon got me at an Estate Sale! Isn't it delicious! Doesn't say where it's from, no copyright info or anything. It looks kind of Disney-ish to me. SO cute.
And now, on to the bad news. I did not pass the math and science section of the CSET. I was so pissed off, i cried for like an hour this morning. I just hate set backs...and it's almost that time of the month for me (TMI?) so i am veeerrryyy emotional today. lol! I know that maaany people have to retake the CSET and i know that i am not a good test taker. So, don't ask me why i was so surprised. It's just that i thought i had really studied! So jeez, i guess i have to live the math and science section of my Kaplan study guide for the next month until the next test date. YUCK. Nothing like the glitter dust and ribbon clippings above. Very dry. EDITED: I forgot to mention the most annoying part of it...i missed the passing score by 4 points. I got a 216 and i needed a 220 for the math and science subtest. (insert profanity)
And, you wanna know what other bad news i received today? I have planters fasciitis in my right foot. Grrreeeaaatt. Yes, that would explain the extreme pain i feel in my foot when i wake up in the morning and stumble to the coffee pot. And my doctor said he had it once for 4 months! 4 months. He also told me that i should not be wearing my sandals with the little rhinestones on them...or my gladiator sandals...or my Rainbows...but instead i should be wearing orthopedic type shoes. Boy does he have his priorities allll out of whack. No but really, i do wear tennis all the time and i wear work out shoes when i work out...so i guess this is just something that happens. Ah well. If you see me slightly limping, you know why. ;-)
Well, i'm feeling like a bit of a failure today, so i am going to study for the RICA tonight (with a Bachelor break of course) with a friend. One thing about failing every once and a while...it kind of puts your ego in check and helps you re-prioritize. I'm feeling the bruise today.
