We started off September 11th with a birthday celebration for my sister. Lunch and champagne at PJ's Abbey in old town Orange. Lunch was delicious and the company better.Happy Birthday Christy!!
The house was amazing! The pictures online are adorable...but the place is twice as cute in person. We are already planning our 2nd stay there in 2010. It was the best scrapbook weekend we've ever been on! We started out the weekend with a toast (more champagne) and Lupe made us her signature cocktail. Yum! Then we had a wonderful dinner, celebrated Allison's birthday and went right back to scrapping. Saturday was a visit to Pages of Tyme, lunch in town and then back to the scrap room. We laughed...and laughed...and sat around in our pj's and...well, laughed some more. I just love my friends. They make everything more fun. We talked about girl stuff, how stupid our husbands/boyfriends are...we ate a lot...we shared our secret porn names (or not-so-secret now)...most importantly, we laughed until tears were streaming down our faces. That's the most important part. Who cares how much we did or didn't get done. That weekend in Big Bear was just plain good for the soul. I'd like to thank Pages of Tyme for that. Thank you!!
