I own this. And i'm not quite sure life was complete without it. I purchased this sweet little balancing piggy with my mom in old town orange, ca. But...little did i know you can find Jennifer's amazing, adorable, sweet and delicious designs on her website as well as here. I guess i'm not done shopping. :-) Just thought i'd share...maybe i'm the last person on earth to learn about her...but maybe you haven't too...and you just might find something you can't live without. And talk about great and quirky Christmas gifts. LOVE.

Red Bee Class Supply List!

Hello all! I wanted to post the supply list for the class on Sunday at the Red Bee...

Vintage Joy Banner Class/Exclusive Layout Class Supply List:

-12 inch paper trimmer

-straight edge scissors (precision/micro tip are best)

-Pop dots (3-d foam adhesive dots/squares)

-liquid glue for glitter and rhinestones (Designer Dries Clear highly recommended…sold at the Red Bee)

-paper/photo adhesive

-glue dots

-pencil with eraser

-foam brush

Extras:

-Sand paper (1 sheet of sand paper is included in your kit but if you like to go crazy sanding like me…you may want to bring an extra sheet.

-any coordinating embellishments or collectibles of your own that you think would be nice to add to the project(s)

I have also been playing with my scrapologie Silver Bella kit...i've got some super cute stuff to share soon...but here is one quick project i did the other night. There were some Basic Grey chipboard ornaments included in the kit...so i painted and glittered them up...and they turned out darling i think. The really catch your eye on the tree. :-) Like i said...more t come....i'm almost done with my gingerbread house and tree mini album...so be checking my blog and the scraplogie gallery soon!

Hello Christmas! It's official...decor is up, outdoor lights are hung, Christmas cards in the works, gifts are starting to appear under the tree...yes, and it smells like a Christmas wreath in this house. LOVE this time of year.

Speaking of LOVE...i want to share with you a little peeky-poo at my EXCLUSIVE layout for the Red Bee December class...this class is a combo of the vintage JOY banner and this scrumptious layout: the date for this class is set for December 2nd...this coming Sunday...BUT i am thinking about rescheduling for December 8th (a Saturday)...i know there are some sign ups already for the class so if you are one of them expect a phone call from me tomorrow...would you still be able to make it if we changed the date?? You see, December 2nd just crept up on me...i was falling behind in the scheduling/advertising department and before i knew it...BAM...next weekend is December. Whoa. But all is well...if everyone seems to have their heart set on Sunday...than so be it! I am a go with the flow kind of gal.

So that's the scoop. If you are interested in signing up for this banner class, which features the darling layout pictured, please call the Red Bee at 714-838-1200. I will be confirming the revised date tomorrow...i think it would be best to call and reserve your spot on Tuesday so the date will be set in stone by then. :-) Of course i will also post the confirmed date on the blog tomorrow as soon as i find out. And i will NOT be selling kits for this class...the layout is an exclusive project only for those who attend the class at the Red Bee. :-)

Alright...i guess i'll go to bed now. I've got a HUGE list of things to accomplish tomorrow...and much of it needs to be started before noon. I slept in the entire long weekend...so waking up early tomorrow will be extra difficult i'm sure. Oh and i had such a fun time babysitting tonight...thanks for all the fun Cara, Charlie and Cami! Annie has some sweet kids...we had fondue for dessert!! Do i babysit for a classy family or what??!!! I'm a lucky girl. :-)

Pre-order your Christmas kits!

I am so excited to announce that i will be selling kits for my holiday classes! I have gotten so many emails in regards to the holiday classes and if i will be selling the kits in my etsy shop...so i started taking names...but then i had to backtrack in my inbox and make sure i didn't miss anyone...and then i started thinking it would be sooooo much easier if i took pre-orders. That way i have a confirmed amount of kits that i need to make, complete with Etsy Invoices, and i don't end up dissapointing anyone if i don't have enough extra kits leftover. So...

...I have made the kits available in the Polka Dot Parlor and they will begin shipping on December 5th. I understand that the kits may be gifts and also may be for home decoration for the holidays so i do not kid when i say that you will receive these with plenty of time to create and display/package them up for gifts. But the only way i can garuntee the speedy delivery is if i get a pre-order...i've got a lot of holiday prep to get done myself!

December 5th is only a little over a week away...so place your order in the shop now! Oh...i did a little (ha...little) Christmas decor shopping today...and i am going to post some of the items i got and where i got them tomorrow...you have got to see them...so delicious!!!

One more thing...say you want to purchase a kit really bad but pay day hasn't come yet...i completely understand...email me. We can always work something out. :-)

Catching up...

I am catching up on some work today...wish i was sleeping...i see a nap in the near future. :-) But scrapbooking is the funnest kind of work i suppose. :-) So...here are a couple of layouts i did with the November Freckle Friends collection! I love the colors! I probably love them because i helped pick the items for the November collection. I wish i felt more creative today because i have A LOT to do...but i just feel so caught up in the holidays and i just want to lay around and watch Christmas movies, bake and fill out my Christmas cards. But there's always tomorrow! The first layout just uses a few items from the November collection and a BUNCH of extra embellishments i have been wanting to get out of my stash. I really like the way it turned (took long enough to get going!!) and i especially like that i journaled about the lack of photos from this little birthday celebration. The 2nd layout is so very important to me...it is a Thank You to all of you lovely people who attend my classes!! You make scrapbooking so very fun and you must know how much i love seeing you all!

Disneyland was wonderful...we went on soooo many rides in the morning...hardly any waiting when dland opened...then went to lunch...had a few glasses of wine :-)...then went and saw a movie to rest our feet.  We saw August Rush...and OMG...i LOVE this movie!! If you have an appreciation for any kind of art...or understand having a passion for your work...you will LOVE this movie too. I sobbed and sobbed...the 3 glasses of wine with lunch may have had a little to do with this...but i am sobber anyways. I want to see it again SO bad. I really can't say enough about it...LOVED it!!

Unfortunately i suffered from a horrible case of food poisoning when we got home from Disney...yeah! Food poisoning on my birthday!!!! That's what i wished for when i blew out my candles, didn't you know! Lol!

Alright...i am taking a break to bring my grandparents some dinner with my mom and sister...then it's back to napping...i mean working. lol! I WILL watch a Christmas movie and relax tonight...because it's Thanksgiving weekend for heavens sake! I hope you are relaxing too. :-)

Great News!!! And...it's that time of the year...

I have some wonderful news!!! I will be teaching the Joy Banner class at the Red Bee in Tustin, CA!! I am so excited to be able to offer this class twice because so many of you have emailed me about getting a kit. And not only will the class at the Red Bee be the Joy Banner...but i am also adding an exclusive layout to the class!

It's that time of year again...YAY! God i need to diet...and this certainly doesn't help!!!

My birthday falls on Thanksgiving this year so and my hubby are ditching all traditional Thanksgiving activities and going to Disneyland!! We are SO excited...we're getting passes again (we've been without passes for a few years so we're ready!) and we're making a day of it! Hey, has anyone eaten at that restaurant in the Pirates ride? It's seems pricey so i want to know if it's worth it...know what i mean! I've been dying to try it but i don't want to be disappointed on my birthday. Is the food good?

My sweet, SWEET friends threw me a little birthday party at scrapbooking the other night. I just love them! It was so fun...can you tell! I am laughing my tush off in this photo! They are the greatest gal friends a girl could ask for.

And one more thing...Thank you SO very much for all the sweet comments in reference to my classes in Murietta!! I am so flattered and your comments make me even more excited to teach the classes!! Thanks so much for your wonderful words. :-) Alright...i better get back to work. Oh and by the way...i sent out about 25 packages today - all Etsy orders. So hopefully you all should get your goodies before the long weekend. :-) And i sent out all of the Heidi Swapp alphas that arrived late for the Silver Bella kits too. Thanks for keeping me so busy!! What a blessing...so very much to be thankful for.

CLASS #1: Christmas Card Stack Mini Scrapbook

Please join me for a fun, different and sparkly class project perfect for you holiday display or coffee table! This unique class uses some chipboard large playing card size pages and tons of fun embellishments to create a fun holiday recap from your 2007 holiday season or a Christmas past. Your kit includes 12 chipboard pages, 8 of which will be decorated in class and 4 will be free for personalization and holiday photos. Also included in your kit: 1 entire bag of Autumn Leaves buttons (Rhonna Christmas collection of course), 1 package of sugar coated chipboard alpha by Doodlebug, several Love Elsie Christmas patterns, 1 vintage ballerina, tons of snowflakes, Hambly wood grain transparency, 1 wish ticket, 2 yards of May Arts ribbon, tons of snow glitter, silver 3-d Christmas tree, Merry Christmas acrylic embellishment, white cardstock, crepe paper, deer punches, and more! Back from Silver Bella!

Heeelllllooo! I'm back to blogging...and boy do i have a lot to blog about. I'm exhausted from traveling...almost thought our baggage was lost on  the way back after waiting at the baggage claim for 45 minutes...staring at empty carousels...but all is well.

Ok, first of all...Silver Bella was AMAZING! That Teresa sure does know how to put on an event. Everything was SO beautiful...look at these picture of the luncheon on Friday!! Look at all the details! And we all had the opportunity to meet a couple editors from Country Living magazine who were there covering the event with photographers and all! Exciting! I hope to follow up with them soon. ;-) wink wink...

And it was so fun hanging with the "Jennifer 7"! We had a couple of meals with Jennifer, Jana and the rest of the "seven"...Such lovely people!! I'm so glad we had the opportunity to meet!

And what else...oh, the classes were phenomenal! I soooo enjoyed meeting all of my teachers...Charlotte, Jenny and Aaron, Pam, and Teresa of course. The projects were fab and i can't wait to finish them all up with my personal touches at home. Meeting them was a dream come true!

And oh boy did i have fun at the Vendor night!!!!! It was so exciting setting up and i can't believe how well we did! A big THANK YOU to all the Silver Bella shoppers...you made one of my many dreams come true. The interactions with all of you was PRICELESS. I got to meet so many people i chat with through email and having a make and take really allowed us to bond over a well needed craft break in the busy show room. I can't even explain how exhausted we were after the vendor night...we went to the bar and had some well deserved champagne...met Dede and Vicki there (hey girls!), ordered a cheeseburger to go and more champagne and headed up to the room and crashed! Here are some photos of my tables: And yes, i will be continuing the vendor night in the Polka Dot Parlor!!! So if there's something you wish you purchased or if you were not able to go and would like to purchase some Christmas goods...take a peek in the ETSY shop! I will be adding the items TOMORROW! Me and Mom leave super DUPER early tomorrow morning for Omaha, NE...Home of the Bella of all Bellas...and boy do we have lot's of goodies in tow. I just shipped 2 big boxes yesterday FULL, and i mean FULL, of goods for Vendor night...and Momma and i both have a huge box of goods to check at the airport along with our necessities. I've got a last minute "TO DO" list about a mile long...and i just can't wait to be on the plane tomorrow morning...you know that feeling where you know you've done all you can possibly do so you just kind of have to "give up" at that point. I still have SO many ideas that i wish i could execute...oh how i wish i could stop time...but, Silver Bella has arrived and all that's left to do is enjoy it! Obviously the best part.

So before i go away for a week i wanted to share with you a couple sneaky peeks of some of the kits and items i'll have up for grabs at SB Vendor night...

Also...check out my November collection at Freckle Friends!! This pile of goods is awaiting me when i return from SB and i will have projects posted on my blog by the 15th! So grab a kit before they go and prepare for some inspiration on 11/15!!
